Content Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

All content uploaded to the SRG+ App remains the sole property of the content provider who created or owns it. This includes, but is not limited to:

✔ Audio files and music composition

✔ Software, templates, and proprietary materials

Uploading content to our platform does not transfer ownership to SRG+ App. We only receive a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as part of our services.

End Users: You must respect the rights of content providers and only use their content as permitted under applicable licenses or agreements. Unauthorized use, copying, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

To ensure content security and compliance, we have built-in protections against unauthorized use.
